1/4'' - #0 Grommet Hole Cutter manufactured by C.S. Osborne & Co. in the US is a Heavy-Duty Hole Cutter that cuts perfect holes for accepting grommets. Hole Cutters are designed to make a slightly smaller hole than the grommet size to help keep the grommet in the hole while placing the dies to set the grommet. Drop forged, hardened and polished edge with a tapered inside for easy clearance of fabric cuttings. Use a wooden mallet or rawhide hammer (not a steel hammer) and cutting pad and this hole punch will last a lifetime.
