Hole Cutters are designed to make a slightly smaller hole than the grommet size to help keep the grommet in the hole while placing the dies to set the grommet. Drop forged, hardened and polished edge with a tapered inside for easy clearance of fabric cuttings. Use a wooden mallet or rawhide hammer (not a steel hammer) and cutting pad and this hole punch will last a lifetime.
