1'' Swing Away Binding Folder Attachment makes a difficult job easier and faster for a uniform factory quality seam. Adapter helps stitch binding into place faster and straighter. Simply screw binding folder into place using 6-40 screws (not included), then guide the material and binding through the machine. The swing arm does not need to be removed after use, just swing the binder out of the way.
General Instructions: mount the binding folder to the sewing table. The folder is adjustable to compensate for different thicknesses of materials. Be sure to test each new material to ensure that you are getting the seam allowance and stitch required.
Note also that each binder is sized for one tape width, using any different sized tape than that designated for the folder will not give satisfactory results.
This binder will work with any of our 1" bindings found on our site.
