1/4'' Shock Cord Screw Mount is a 2 part hook with the ability to mount the fitting with a screw. Feed the elastic through the cone, loop it through the hole in the hook with about an inch hanging out the other side, then push the cone up to lock in the elastic. Size designates the size of elastic to be used. Made from Delrin. Non-rusting, non-corrosive.
