40 Gauge Regalite® - Clear is a press polished vinyl window material with good optical clarity and durability. Regalite window material is a standard marine grade window material manufactured from thermoplastic clear vinyl material with a highly polished finish that results in a soft, flexible, press-polished sheet. This clear vinyl window material is perfect for marine windows, marine cabin enclosures, dodgers, awnings, and other marine and automotive applications.

Cautions: The smooth, highly polished surfaces of these flexible plastic windows are sensitive and can be easily scratched and marred if mishandled during unpacking, handling, or cleaning.
To maintain the clarity and extend the life of your plastic window, it is recommended that you regularly wash dirt and salt off the surfaces. Be sure to hose or blow off loose dirt particles from surface and then use either plain water or mild soap and water solution. Do not use harsh detergents, brushes or abrasives. Do not use silicones or alcohol. Do not rub when dry. Always flood the window with water before gently wiping it with a damp, soft cotton cloth.
Containers of Regalite should be unpacked by carefully laying all the sheets onto a smooth, flat table where they will uncurl. Never pull individual sheets from a drum as this will cause scratches across the narrow width of the sheet. At no time should more than five sheets be stacked on top of each other and not left for more than one hour.
Throughout manufacturing do not remove the interleaf paper, as it protects the surface and prevents blocking.
Do not stow the convertible top or marine enclosure window when it is dirty or wet - this may mar the plastic window. Do not let the window lay directly against metal surfaces or tubing. Do not bend window when the temperature drops below -29 degrees Celsius.
