HH-66 - 4 oz. with brush top lid is a superior quality fast-drying thermoplastic elastomer adhesive. It is used extensively for bonding vinyl coated and vinyl laminated fabrics to themselves or various materials. HH-66 is also used to bond urethanes, vinyl foams and films, rigid plastics, synthetic fabrics, wood, leather and metals. It is outstanding for sealing or waterproofing stitched seams in these materials.
Features - Bond upholstery expanded and non-expanded vinyls to themselves and other surfaces. This product features exceptional bond strength. Brushes smoothly and dries fast, ready in minutes. Waterproof, good resistance to weather and temperature extremes, chemicals, oil, fuels and grease. Can be used for fabricating, repairing, sealing stitched seams etc. HH-66 dries quickly with a strong yet flexible bond.
Application - Surfaces should be clean and free of contaminants and oils. Surfaces may need to be roughed up with abrasive before cementing. Apply an even coat to both surfaces to be joined. Let dry 2-5 minutes and make a bond. Bond strength increases as cement sets (24 hours for 100% bond Strength). Best bonding is achieved using a brush or roller to apply the adhesive to both surfaces.
Freezing - HH-66 is not affected by weather and extreme temperatures. It can be applied at almost any temperature and is used in some of the world’s coldest climates, although the colder the temperature, the longer it will take to cure. HH-66 will freeze if stored in subfreezing temperatures and will become slushy but will go back to its original syrupy consistency once warmed back to room temperature. Freezing will not affect the effectiveness of the product.
Bonding Range - Make bonds within 2-5 minutes. If bonding time is exceeded reactivate adhesive with reapplication, heat or solvent.
Cautions - Consult product label and MSDS for handling instructions. Be sure to use adequate ventilation. Vapor may cause a flash fire if exposed to an ignition source. Avoid prolonged breathing of vapor or contact with eyes and skin.

Shelf Life - Lasts one year in an unopened container. The ideal temperature for bonding is 20 - 25° Celsius.
Temperature Range: HH-66 adhesive will stay adhered from -34° - 65° Celsius.
