Marine Underliner Fabric by Bruin Plastics is a lightweight vinyl-coated polyester cotton fabric used on the bottom side of cushions. The light vinyl coating keeps the cushion from slipping and allows for water drainage and air circulation. Marine underlining breathes and resists rot and mildew growth.
