We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. All items must be returned in resalable condition, including original packaging and instructions.
Store Credit option If you prefer, you may choose to receive store credit for your return instead of a refund to your card. When returned for store credit, there is no restocking fee. Otherwise, a 15% re-stocking fee may be applied to your return.
Non-returnable items Please note that we do not accept returns on fabrics (minus full rolls), foam, flooring, special orders, or items that have been altered in any way (e.g., sewing, cutting, marking). Additionally, any bungee cord, rope, binding, webbing or elastic sold in quantities less than a full roll or spool cannot be returned. How to start a return To initiate a return, please contact Customer Service at +1 (877) 780-2722 or [email protected] for return instructions. Have your invoice number ready when you call as we will need it start the return process. Repack the item securely in the same manner it was originally shipped. You are responsible for any damage to the item during return shipping caused by inadequate packaging.
JT's Outdoor Fabrics reserves the right to refuse any return, including those that do not meet the requirements outlined above (e.g., items that are damaged, missing parts, or returned after 30 days)
