Top Notch™ 1S Captain Navy Marine Fabric is a 100% solution dyed, 600 denier polyester fabric with a clear back coat. It is characterized by excellent strength, durability, water resistance, tear resistance, abrasion resistance, dimensional stability, UV resistance and mildew resistance. Top Notch 1S is an all-purpose fabric that is made of solution dyed yarns. Because of this, you get exceptional color fastness along with no color rub off. Top Notch 1S is truly an all-purpose fabric that can be used for many outdoor applications such as marine tops and covers, Gazebo covers, playground equipment covers, canopies, tarps, BBQ grill covers, patio furniture covers and many other useful applications.
Mildew: Mildew Resistant.
Cleaning: Top Notch 1S fabrics may be cleaned with a cleaning solution of 4 oz of Clorox and 2 oz of soap in one gallon of warm (100 F) water. DO NOT use detergents. Use a soft bristled brush to lift soil embedded in the fabric surface. Rinse thoroughly with clear water to remove soil and soap residue. After thorough cleaning, water repellency may be reduced. An application of Aqua-Tite silicon water Repellent is recommended after the fabric has dried thoroughly. Use of other refinishing agents is not recommended.
