Our Blue Neoprene is 3 mm thick, has a nylon scrim glued to both sides of the sheet and are sold in sheet size of 50” wide by 40" or 80” long. Neoprene can be cut with a sharp utility knife or 8” or larger sharp upholstery scissors. When cutting neoprene do not force a utility knife or scissors through the material, this may make the neoprene tear rather than getting a nice cut edge. When sewing neoprene, it is best sewn with an industrial sewing machine because of its thickness using a #21 needle.
Neoprene is often used in gloves, jackets, rain coats, card tables, insulation seals, sporting equipment & clothing, coolers & bags and other products where a waterproof, yet breathable fabric that can keep you warm in the cold or cool when it is hot. Cleaning: Use water to wash or alcohol and brush for small stains. Keep away from Chlorine.
