Cordura® Classic - Royal is an INVISTA™, 1000 denier nylon with a water repellent polyurethane backing. This fabric has a type 6.6 Cordura yarn from DuPont®, giving the product a much higher tear strength and resistance to sun fading than regular nylons.

NOTE: Our Cordura Classic Fabric is manufactured by an authorized and certified INVISTA mill. We do not purchase our Cordura directly from the mill but instead through our wholesaler TVF Inc. in Carmel, Indiana an approved and certified Cordura wholesaler. The purpose of this note is to inform you that our fabric is a genuine Cordura Classic Fabric constructed using high tenacity air jet textured Dupont nylon 6.6 filament yarns & INVISTA polyurethane water repellent finish. If it doesn't say Cordura Classic, it is not a genuine Cordura fabric.

Backing Content: 100% Polyurethane.

Cautions: Not dimensionally stable with temperature change. Do Not Bleach.

Cleaning Instructions: Hand Wash with Care. Drip Dry.

Construction: 1000 Denier.

Content: 100% Nylon.

Features: Uses type 66 Cordura yarn from DuPont. This gives the product much higher tear strength and resistance to sun fading than regular nylons.

Hydro-static Resistance: AATCC 127 (Suter) - Average 350 mm.

Protective Finish: DWR Durable Water Repellent.

Shrinkage: AATCC135: Warp 4%, Fill: 1.0%.

Tear Strength: Passes Federal Test Method Standard 191 Textile Test Methods 191A-5134 - Warp = 69 lbs. and Fill = 69 lbs.

Tensile Strength: Passes ASTM D5034 - Warp = 567 lbs. and Fill = 510 lbs. Thread Count: 29 x 24 Threads per square inch.

Uses: Bags, Backpacks, Hockey Equipment, Wallets, Horse Blankets, Chairs, Elevated Pet Beds, Briefcases and a variety of cases & covers
