Islander Marine Vinyl Fabric - Yellow

Islander - Yellow from Spradling's® Softside™ collection of marine vinyl's are demanded by those in the trade due to its soft and supple feel, its excellent tailorability, and its durability. This marine vinyl will still look great after years of exposure to sun and water.

Abrasion: Exceeds 50,000 Double Rubs.

Adhesion: ASTM D751-89 - Warp 10 lbs/in x Fill 10 lbs/in.

Backing Content: 100% Polyester Hi-Loft²™. Hi-Loft²™ is a specialty knitted textile manufactured with 100% polyester yarns aimed at creating a backing with bulk, strength, and unusual softness. When combined with a vinyl surface, an extremely soft hand quality is achieved without sacrificing product performance.

Backing Weight: Backing Weight is 6.18 ounces per linear yard.

Cold Crack: Equal to or greater than -23° Celsius.

Features: Antibacterial, Pink & Sulfide Stain Resistant, Formaldehyde & Heavy Metal Free.

Mildew: Mildew Resistant.

Stitching Strength: DIN 50431 - Warp 19 lbs. x Fill 13 lbs.

Tear Strength: Passes Federal Test Method Standard 191 Textile Test Methods 191M-5134 - Warp = 37 lbs. and Fill = 41 lbs.

Tensile Strength: Passes ASTM D751 - Warp = 130 lbs. and Fill = 110 lbs.

Ultraviolet: The product is Rated Ultraviolet Resistant equal to or greater than 1000 hours.
