If you are sick & tired of wet carpets filled with sand and dog hair, this is the marine flooring for you. Nautolex® - Dark Blue marine vinyl flooring is specifically designed to be easily cleaned and maintained, resist damage from gasoline, oil, alcohol, heat and harsh weather.

Abrasion Wyzeenbeek Abrasion (CFFA-1a): Product meets or exceeds 6,000 wirescreen double rubs.

Backing: Woven Polyester

Cold Crack: Equal to or greater than -40 degrees celsius.

Content: 100% polyvinyl (PVC)

Features: Seam strength (CFFA-14):81.2 x 70.8

Adhesion (CFFA-3): 5.0 lb minimum

Thickness is 1.98 mil

Style: Texture

Uses: Carpet/flooring outdoor

Weight: 24.8oz/sq yard, 49.6oz/lineal yard

Q: I would like to put this on a clean, new plywood floor of an aluminum fishing boat. Does it have to be glued down completely and do you send samples. I am in alberta and the boat is stored in a n I heated building. Will this material with stand temperatures to -30 without cracking or deforming. ?

Yes, this flooring needs to be fully glued down.

The flooring is rated to -40 degrees celsius.

Q: i need a floor covering over painted plywood in a 19 ft boat. Would this be a suitable product? If so, what is the application procedure? Please advise . Thanks

Yes this vinyl boat flooring would be suitable. First clean the existing floor from grease, waxes etc. Apply our HH-66 adhesive to both the floor and the vinyl and lay the vinyl down, trimming as needed.

Q: I want to use this to replace snap down carpet sections on my boat. Can this be use with snaps and does it require piping to prevent fraying?

No, you can not use this as a snap down application and it would need to be glued down.
