Sew-on Scotchlite™ 8910 Silver Fabric Trim
Sew-on Scotchlite™ 8910 Silver Fabric Trim is designed to greatly enhance the nighttime visibility of the wearer. It consists of exposed, wide-angle lenses bonded to a durable cloth backing. It's used in accessories, safety vests, uniforms, harnesses, rainwear, jackets, outerwear, active wear, headwear, handwear, backpacks, armbands, straps, belts, cut-out letters and numbers, patches, and crests. Please note, the 3M® logo is visible throughout the good side of this tape and fades after a few days of exposure to UV.
Abrasion: 5000 Cycles
Application:
For best results, apply to light and medium-weight fabrics. Sew in place using a lock-stitch with no more than 12 stitches per inch (2.54 cm) and place at least 5/64" (2 mm) from the edge of the reflective fabric. Do not attach to highly elastic materials. The film can be hand-cut, die-cut, or guillotined. When using multiple pieces of any fabric on a single surface or as a set, they should be matched to ensure uniform day color and nighttime reflectivity.
Care:
Wash: Machine wash warm, 40°C (105°F)
Bleach: Only non-chlorine bleach when needed
Dry: Tumble dry low
Iron: Use cool iron, 110°C (230°F)
Dry-Clean: Normal cycle
Note: Repeated dry cleaning may cause slight stiffening, but the reflectivity will not be affected.

Maximum shrinkage: 3%
Recommended shelf life: Two years, stored in a cool, dry area.
While Scotchlite™ reflective material greatly enhances visibility, no reflective material can guarantee absolute visibility, particularly in adverse weather conditions.
