8.5 oz Gore-Tex® Tenara® V-92 M1000TR - FG5 Style - Forest Green is a Lifetime Sewing Thread built on the features of the Original Tenara style thread with the same lifetime guarantee, but increases the choice of colours, as well as improving the sewability features. Tenara Sewing Thread will outlast the fabric into which it is sewn. Gore-Tex® guarantees it!
Tenara Sewing Thread maintains its strength even after regular exposure to UV sunlight. UV resistance is built into the thread, and is not a coating or additive that can wear off.
Tenara Sewing Thread remains flexible and strong in extremes of hot and cold. It won’t absorb water and it resists acid rain, salt water, pollution, snow and freezing.
Tenara Sewing Thread is unaffected by acids, alkaline solutions, bleach and cleaning chemicals and it will not stain.
Tenara Sewing Thread is made with non-fading pigments that are highly resistant to light, the coloured thread retains its bold appearance over time.
Tenara Sewing Thread is pigmented–not dyed. Due to its exceptional material properties, the thread is extremely color-fast.
Tenara Sewing Thread is great for awnings, patio furniture, tarps & tents, umbrellas, marine tops & upholstery or any outdoor application. Tenara thread will not rot if left outside all year round. Remains colourfast even in extreme temperatures and frost. Although more expensive, Tenara is a greater value than other polyester threads when considering life span and re-stitching costs.
